The title of the book mentions seventy-five perfect pairings, but this book is so much more than. Readers will learn not only what very specific cheeses to buy to pair with different specific beverages and why they work so well together, but how much cheese to buy, how to store it, how long to keep it, at what temperature to serve it, and more. He also gives information about serving temperatures for the various beverages, how to accomplish optimal temperatures, and what kind of glassware to use. The writing is lively and fun, the information very complete, and there are extras along the way that will leave readers with enough information to feel confident in their entertaining abilities. This is a terrific addition to any culinary library.
