Stygian: A Dark-Hunter Novel

Lied to and betrayed by gods, Daimons and Dark-Hunters alike, Urian struggled in a world where he was cursed from the moment a vengeful goddess ripped him away from his mother and put him into the arms of an innocent woman who thought he was her son. Since his training as a slayer and predator, Urian learned to stay low, to become a tool for evil. Urian will travel to the pits of Hades to try and save the one women that he couldn’t kill, and try to save her.

While reading Stygian, I felt there were some recycled scenes from the past novels of the series, but told from the perspective of Urian; but, in a way, it was nice getting refreshers of what happened, as getting Urians perspective, brought another side to everything that transpired. Stygian brought character development for Urian, as well as explaining in deeper detail how he became the character that readers of the series fell in love with. Stygian has spoilers for the Dark-Hunter series, and in all honesty, I do not recommend a new reader of the series, as Stygian has spoilers for the series (unless you are into spoilers than go ahead).
