The Instant Pot Bible: More than 350 Recipes and Strategies: The Only Book You Need for Every Model of Instant Pot
The Instant Pot Bible is a collection of over 350 recipes that you can make in your Instant Pot. The categories include recipes for Breakfast and Brunch, Soups, Stocks, Chilis, Pasta Sauces, Pasta Casseroles, All Things Pulled, All Things Curried, All Things Steamed and Sous Vide, Braises, Rice and Grains, Sides, and Desserts. You name it, this book probably has some version of it.
The Instant Pot is such a wonderful invention because it cooks complete dishes in a fraction of the time. It is a handy tool that is extremely versatile. The first recipe I tried was the frittata. There is “wiggle room” with this recipe since the user can put just about any ingredient they like in their frittata; the only exception is the main ingredient—eggs. Once you mix the ingredients and pour them into a soufflé’s dish, the rest is up to the Instant Pot.
I used spinach and cheddar in my frittata along with chopped onions and Italian herbs. It was delicious and the perfect consistency. No more over baked frittatas! I am looking forward to trying homemade mac and cheese for my fifteen-year-old son as well as the meatloaf. There are so many recipes; this is the only book you need if you’re looking to use your Instant Pot.
