Who Am I?: An Animal Guessing Game

Follow the beautifully drawn clues and guess what animal they describe. What has a fly for lunch? The animal answer illustrations seem to pop off the page. As a great bonus, the back of the book has further information about the animals that are featured: what they eat, interesting facts, and where they live. Did you know that the croaking of a frog sounds like the mooing of a cow? Hence the name bullfrog. The facts chosen are as delightful and interesting as the animals themselves and the clever illustrations. While this is not a board book, its pages are sturdy and shiny, which is sure to be durable. While you won’t find ladybugs in the polar region, you are sure to look for this wonderful book! Look for all of Steve Jenkins’ collection of science books — they are packed with information. Jenkins is married to the illustrator, Robin Page, who has at least twenty other books of her own. They make a great team.
